Your cultural, creative and commercial consigliere: offering consultancy, content, change management, creativity, a few other things that begin with ‘C’, and a whole host of things that don’t. Put simply, Negroni Breakfast is the rocket fuel your organisation needs.

Who on earth is Dan Cullen-Shute?

Great question! In short: he founded an award-winning creative agency and strategic consultancy, which made incredibly effective (and profitable) work for a ton of amazing clients, from all sectors, markets, and walks of life. He then sold both of them. He lives in Yorkshire, but has worked all over the world, and is quite proud to be Welsh. Nowadays, he’s the founder of Negroni Breakfast, a creative consultancy designed to help organisations be brilliant, and brilliant organisations be even better. Sometimes - but not always - that involves a negroni. (He also writes the occasional restaurant review for the Evening Standard. But that’s not the day job.)

“Dan’s one of the smartest people I’ve worked with, and one of the nicest: commercially minded, but consumer-first, he’s a voice I’d always want in the room.

Kristof Fahy, CMO, Moonpig Group

“Dan is a joy to work with. He relishes the challenge of developing memorable creative that achieves its commercial objectives. He cares about his clients. I have always considered him an integral extension to the team.”

Terri Westlake, Group Chief Customer & Marketing Officer, IVC Evidensia

“Dan’s a wise old owl, and would be an asset to any business or organisation”

Ben Johnson, Partner & Member of Founding Team at Vitruvian Partners

“I’ve watched Dan create and lead a brilliant agency, and chosen to work with them whenever I could. I’ve watched him fix strategic problems for brands and businesses with more than their fair share of challenges, and asked him for help with mine whenever I could. He’s one of the first people I pick up the phone to when I’m in a pickle, or when I have a burgeoning opportunity. I literally cannot see a circumstance where I wouldn’t want Dan at the table next to me. He’s right at the top of his game. The opportunity to work directly with him on strategic and creative challenges is not an opportunity to be missed. Getting him involved with my brand (or agency, were I ever mad enough to have one) would be a bit of a no-brainer.”
